Shipping and Return Policy

Products are custom made to order after you place your order and will ship in 1 to 3 business days.

Our default shipping goes USPS 1st class mail service. Delivery time is 1 to 6 business days in the US 48 contiguous states. Products are shipped from our shop in Arvada Colorado. Upgrade to Priority Mail (1 to 3 days) can be selected at an additional cost.

We do not accept returns on personalized products and products on sale.

All other products may be returned within a 15-day time limit after product is delivered. We are not responsible for return postage.
